Arrival Story:
CB's mom was abandoned at my house while she was pregnant. She eventually gave birth to 4 beautiful kittens. One died at just 2 days old. The other 3 (CB, Cinnamon, and Jasmine) have adopted me.
Bio:
CB was diagnosed diabetic in October, 2002. He's been on insulin since, and takes his shots and ear pokes very well. He knows that food will quickly follow!
I'm so very sorry to say that my dear Care Bear passed on April 20th, 2005. We think that he may have had pancreatic cancer, which is what initially brought on his diabetes diagnosis. It hurt me so much to have to make the final decision for him, but he was in acute respiratory distress and sudden heart failure. I'll forever miss my boy, he's in my heart forever!
