I'm in love!

We got a new piece of furniture in the house yesterday and I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mama went out shopping and when she got back she kept saying stuff about "Merry Christmas" and "early present" and then there was a big tall carpeted-tree-thing in the house. Mama took my paws and rubbed them on it to show me I could put my cats in it, then I started playing and climbing like crazy and it's SOOOOOOOOO much fun!!!!

And we can climb, scratch and jump on it without getting in trouble! Mama sometimes even gives us pettins when we're on it!!!!!! :D

I'm a Hero-Cat!

At least that's what mama and papa have been calling me the past few days.

The other day there was a big hornet in mama's work room(she does stuff that involves lotsa fabric, thread, paper, pins and a machine) and it even landed about a foot away from mama when she was cutting fabric. Mama kept trying to keep me and Ariana out of the room because I was stung by a wasp on my paw a few weeks ago and she wanted papa to get it when he got back from getting lunch.

But I'm a sneaky kitty. I snuck into the room, snuck up on that hornet and got him pinned down before he could sting me. Mama got me and pulled me away from it, but I think I damaged his wings because he wasn't flying anymore, which made it easy for mama to spray him with the poison so he didn't scare her no more!

So does this make me a kitty-woman-cat?

Earlier this month I officially got spayed! The stitches came out last Saturday and I've been doing great!

Imma a big girl now!

My first vet visit!

About a week ago I had my first visit to the vet and it went very well! Mama wasn't sure what vet to take me and my sister to since she's new to the Claremore area, so she called Janelle, thereally nice lady that runs the Carmik Boarding Kennel that we stayed at one weekend when mom went to a convention, to see if she could reccomend anyone and she highly reccomended a place called "Hooves, Paws & Claws". Mama called them and made an appointment for me to get my first vaccinations.

When we went some assistants were out sick and they were a bit overworked, but I got in and they gave me a full check-up and a shot. It turns out I'm about a month younger than mama thought, but I'm in very good health! I weigh about 4 pounds which is good for my age and I don't have any fleas or eat mites or anything like that. Also the vet said that I have almost perfect Tuxedo cat markings! Yay!

But getting a shot wasn't fun, and mama says I have to go back on October 4th for another around of vaccinations.
