Something FISHY for My Birthday!

Today I am SIX and I still feel like a kitten!

Mom says my Birthday treat will be sharing some of her HADDOCK. *smacks lips*

Jasper and Jobel can hardly wait to toast me with TUNA Juice. We all love that so much! MOL

Tomorrow Mom is going "South of the Border". I wonder what she will find for me there? *makes up a Birthday Wish List*

You Won't Believe What I Ate Today!!!!

Maybe it was a treat to celebrate my 6th Birthday coming on November 29th. Or maybe it was a Canadian way to celebrate American Thanksgiving. I'm not sure but all I know is Mom called me and Jasper to come and taste something ... so we ran to the kitchen!

Wow! Today I ate a very yummy treat! MOOSE! yes and it was even better than MOUSE! And there was a lot more to go around! MOL

Now Mom calls us The Mooseketeers! *smacks lips*

Four Years Ago I Got My Dual Citizenship

Time sure has flown by. I never dreamed that I would move to Canada but here I am with my son Jasper. It took two days to drive here! That's how much Canada needed us! MOL

Mom's eyes still leak when she remembers how close we came to not getting our Miracle. But we did!

Manx to all our dear Catster furiends from all over the world for celebrating with us. Mom says it would take a lot longer than two days to get to where some of you live. And then she always tells us Love knows no distance. We're living proof! *Happy Dances*

HEAT ALERT - My Beach Party Continues

Wow! We never have heat like this in September! We're just lying around the Manx Mansion in the heat of the day.

Mom was thinking it was time to change our pages but we decided we really needed to keep our beach themes. We've each got one! *giggles*

What Needle? I Never Felt a Thing!

I had my Annual Check-up on the 18th and I had so much fun. I LOVE going to the Animal Hospital! I just wish they didn't close the door to the examination room. I always lie down and try to peek under and see what's going on with all those other animals I hear on the other side of the door.

I was my usual flirty girl self and Dr. Shannon had to take longer to check my heartbeat cuz I was purring so loud, it was hard for her to hear my heartbeat! MOL

I weigh 9.25 pounds now and I am really healthy and my fur is very soft. I really didn't want to leave but Mom said I had my needle so we could go home. When did that happen? I never noticed any needle! *giggles*

Operation Miracle Manx Got Me Home Three Years Ago Today!

Manx to my Dream Team and that includes so many of my Catster furiends whose Mom may have transported my baby Jasper and me to our furrever home. It also includes all our furiends who purred for us to get all the transporters we needed for our Miracle Journey of over 1200 miles.

Today is also a very special day for Lakoda cuz after we spent the night at Morgan the Pirate Gato's B&B, his Mom "just happened" to stop in at PetSmart and fell in love with Lakoda! Oh Happy Day!

Miss Sable Kitty made me a Gotcha Day cake which is as purrty as she is. The Birthday & Gotcha Club is throwing a big bash and Jasper and I will get to celebrate how blessed we are!

MY Pen Paws Prize Arrived!

Can you imagine? The big mailer envelope came all the way from Alfie across the Pond!

Jasper, of course, was right there with me when Mom helped me open the envelope. FINALLY she tipped it upside down and toys came spilling out all over us! Woo Hoo!

Mousies and balls and treats and a LASER LIGHT!!!!! We've NEVER had one before!!!!! Jobél says she's been waiting furrever for one!

OMC we were running and jumping and pouncing and batting and EATING!!!!! Those treats are YUMMY!!!!!

I have a new title!

Now that I'm living in Canada, Mom has been teaching me about our Queen and the customs of royalty.

Did you know that the Queen's mother was affectionately called the Queen Mom? She lived to be 100!

This week Mom says I am the "COTW Mom". Wow!
Manx so much to HQ for choosing my baby boy Jasper to be COTW!
