We got Pepper after she was dumped in the country at my grandparents house. They were going for a walk on a country road when they heard a rustling in the bushes and out came a little black and white kitten meowing frantically. My grandparents called my parents and asked if they wanted a cat. Of course they said yes. She was their first pet after they were married. Pepper was a great cat.
