Meow everyone,
I have not been writing for so long. You see, I am getting used to the idea that I have to share my home with my new sisters - Squicky and Queen.
Let me tell you, it is not easy to accept them. I have always been a loner...it's so easy for me to move anywhere I want, or sleep anywhere I want. All my whims and fancies will be looked after Mummy or Kakak Iffah... Now I have to learn to share (I may still not like the arrangement...but hey, I am doing my best)
Now those 2, according to Aunty Anizah, remind her of Witty and Puspa (plus the long long hair). Squicky is the one that really 'gets-in-your-face' kind of cat. She is loud, pushy, curious, and hey...when I hiss a warning at her, can you imagine that she actually hisses back?!!! (Attitude: I like that in a cat)
Queen is rather mild, and gentle, and a little lady (all the qualities that I definitely do not have). She likes to cuddle, but I am so unsed to having a feline sleep next to me. So no way am I going to let her share mummy's tummy.
Sigh...they get in the way of everything. Now, they even want to follow me out into the garden. Mummy allows them for a short while, but I think these days they are being 'punished'. You see, Squicky is so naughty that she has decided that sleeping in the garden is much more fun...so she refuses to come back when called.
In that way, I am still the clever one. I know my way around, and I am definitely not friendly to strangers...especially the human kind. So I am not likely to be picked up. Squicky...hmmm, I think she can even be friendly to the postman.
They have invaded my territories, including the room I sleep in. The only good thing is that they are so weighed down by their fur that they cannot jump as high as I can...yea...so the high cupboards are still my sanctuary.
Is there anything good so far that happened since they have been around? Well, at least the birds don't dare come in and touch my food...and there are lesser cockroaches and lizards to be seen. ( oh come on...do they really think they have to earn their keep? Really ladies...puhlez)
Oops...they eyeing my food bowl...gotta go before they polish off my yummy treats. I guess they do not know that I always my meals in courses.
