I rescued Billy from a kill shelter. I went there to adopt another cat, and a friendly female employee told me I HAD to see this cat. She said "This one's special". The employee's name was Billy Jo, So my cat is named Billy Joe, after her. He is also named Billy to go along with his sister, Madison, because I love Adam Sandler.
Bio:
One interesting fact about Billy is - when I found him in the shelter, they thought he was a girl, and his name was Alexandra. After looking at him, I told them he was a boy, and they changed his name to Alexander. I then adopted him and changed his name to Billy! Also - when I found him, he had a huge hole in the back of his neck that he somehow got from having the paper collar on that the shelter gave him.

One of Billy's favorite things is waking me up in the morning so I can play with him. He does this by climbing on top of me and tapping my nose with his paw until I open my eyes and talk to him. If I close my eyes again, he continues the tapping. It's adorable!
