Merry Christmas!

We had such a nice quiet xmas with Mom and Dad. My siblings and I got some really tasty steak. I got to have Mozart's and Kayla's pieces, since they didn't want them. That's my story, I'm sticking by it. Then we got to go out for a walk in our back yard on our leashes, and Mozart and I climbed all the way to the top of the hill. Daddy said he almost broke his neck, but that's because he wouldn't use all four of his paws!

Rotten weekend

We all know I am king of the bathroom, right? I *always* accompany my parents there, whether they're just looking in the mirror, or doing that really awful thing where they stand *under* running water ..... no kidding! I have to guard them to make sure they're ok, and I'm always watching the door.

They don't appreciate all that I do for them, so I taught them a lesson Sat night. For some bizarre reason they shut up my sister Pixie in *my* bathroom, and wouldn't let me in. I did everything I could to let them know how displeased I was .... I hammered on the door, threw myself at it, almost got that stupid round door knob turned. I wailed and wailed, and looked pitifully at Mommy, and when that didn't work, I jumped on her face in bed. She would chuckle and call me a silly boy - me!

That did it. I stalked off downstairs, and shoved her big jade vase and lady statue off the armoire, which dented and toppled the light, and dented the wall. Unfortunately the vase didn't break, but the lady got chipped (yes!). Then I stood proudly by my work when she came running down. I don't know why she didn't reconsider letting me into *my* bathroom, though. She even laughed, and called me Mr. Sulky Baby! I'll have to think of a more devious plan next time to make sure I get what I want. After all, she always tells me I'm the smartest one.
