Favorite Toy: Anything that moved or was filled with cat nip
Favorite Nap Spot: Anywhere he wanted or anywhere there was a spot of sunshine
Favorite Food: Anything Bubba ate
Skills: He could run fast and scale the side of his cat tree at top speed...he was a blur of movement!
Arrival Story: Dibbs was born on a horse farm I worked on. I claimed him as I thought he was going to be a siamese-y looking male cat. Well, to my surprise, he slowly became jet black except for his white markings. I ended up raising him and his siblings as his mom (a barn cat) kept taking the kittens into the ceiling's insulation. His mom did not like staying in my bathroom with the kittens for long. As I had Bubba at the time, the kittens learned from him about being cats. As soon as I found homes for the other kittens, Dibbs followed Bubba around like crazy. Bubba was happy to have just one kitten attacking him. They became the best of buddies. Dibbs helped to get Bubba in shape.
Bio: Dibbs was a very unique cat. He wanted things his way and wanted them now. He wanted to spend time outdoors...my rules were if you wanted out...you were on a line. He tested that line for all he was worth. Dibbs did not do well when we moved. Problems developed and we lost him in January of 2004. He is missed. He will always have a place in my and Bubba's hearts.
