   Leave a treat for Charlie

Nicknames:
Little One, The Baby, Stupid.

Likes:
I love: people, attention, chin rubs, eating, chasing any bugs or light flashing on the wall, trying to get outside, trying to get to the highest point in the house, sitting on magazines Mom is trying to read, & waking her up between 4-5am for cuddles.

Pet-Peeves:
I hate: when people aren't paying attention to me, when Mom doesn't play with me enough, when she leaves the house, when she's sleeping, & not being allowed to go outside!

Favorite Toy:
Plastic rings from juice bottles. A piece of string attached to a stick. Smokey.

Favorite Nap Spot:
The back of the couch, right above your head. At the foot of the bed while Mom's sleeping, so she's right there when I want to be cuddled.

Favorite Food:
Anything! I like tuna, salad, french fries, the cat grass that Momma grows. (I love when Mom gets roses because I eat them whenever she isnt looking.) Regular old cat food is okay too.

Skills:
I know how to play 'fetch.' I catch plastic rings as fast as I can, & then bring it back right away. I know the words 'treat' and 'hungry,' but I'm not so good at remembering my name. I can also easily get out of trouble by being extremely cute.

Dwells:
indoors

Arrival Story:
When I was born, no one thought that I was going to live longer than a week or two. My brothers and sisters would rarely let me get any milk, and I was really tiny to begin with. The story goes that when my dad first saw me, he said to my mom, "If he makes it, you can bring him home." They came back almost a month later, and of course I was still alive! All of my brothers and sisters had been adopted, except one. Mom said, "He's still alive, you have to let me bring him home!" Dad said, "Okay, we'll take THEM." Them? He couldn't adopt just me and not my brother because he was afraid we'd get lonely! What a great guy!

Bio:
I was the runt of the litter, and my Mom thinks that I must have been deprived of some vital nutrients when I was a kitten because sometimes I'm not as smart as my big brother, Smokey. But, I think I make up for it in cuteness!!! Besides, I'm not dumb, just fearless! I'm not afraid of anything. I was jumping on top of the china cabinet months before Smokey. When I want to show off, I jump onto the top of the blinds in the living room. I love water and will splash in the water bowl until almost all of the water is gone. Mom says I'm a purr-ball because I purr so much, and so loudly. I know Smokey thinks that he is the boss, but I let him think that! I start play-fights with him, but I always let him win so that he'll play with me again next time. Even though my Mom doesn't think I'm smart, I sure know how to get her to play with me, rub my belly, and cuddle me in her arms whenever I want her to.
