Well, diary, I can say it was a short week. The slaves took off on vacation leaving me in charge of the place. Needless to say, things ran smoothly. Dr. Amie stopped in everyday and shared her lunch with me -- like she had a choice! Best of all, no gassy smelly canine around. I slept on the big bed all by myself -- it was wonderful. I really tried hard not to beat up on Calvin & Carmen too much....they're so easy. But they came back and the man took over the reins of the home again. I'm still plotting my rebellion -- oh, it will happen, when the time is right.
