outdoors Arrival Story: Welllll, Tigger belongs to our neighbors but decided that the three little girls they have are just too much of a headache so he started coming here to get some peace. He has basically moved in. They used to come get him but they gave up cause he would run away and come back to us. We really don't know his age or anything about him except that he is living in our hay barn 99% of the time and we don't have a problem with it cause he has taken care of our mouse and gopher problem. We give him food and a nice place to sleep and he rewards us by taking care of the place. Couldn't ask for anything more. Update: Tigger has officially moved in and the neighbors told us to keep him. Guess when they moved from their other home into the one behind us they brought Tigger because he had moved into their household leaving behind his original owners. Tigger is a wanderer.....so our neighbors came over and said just keep him. He has moved into our garage apartment with the four other cats that we have acquired (I had ONE cat....thanks to my son, my daughter and two neighbors who decided I should take their cats I am now at FIVE) ....where did things go wrong??? Bio: Tigger has moved in...literally ....living now in the house with the other cats....we let him out for awhile in the daytime but he is back yelling at the door and wanting inside within a couple of hours. He is older than we thought at first and has this gut that hangs down like he had a batch of kittens. He is a sweet cat and the neighbors finally said to just keep him and we did. Their kids were making him nuts and I couldn't let them just keep making his life miserable. He is a happy cat now and will be even happier when winter is over and he can go on gopher hunts again...however, a few weeks ago he went outside and killed a rabbit....and brought it home to us....it was disgusting...but guess it was his offering to us....he is a hunter at heart.
