He liked hanging out, grooming his brothers (his sister wouldn't put up with being groomed), and hanging out by the window watching birds and squirrels

He hated being able to see the bottom of the food bowl!

He liked those little fur-covered mice.

In the cat bed, by the window

If it didn't move (and sometimes even if it did), it was A-OK with him!

He loved to make bitchy little noises at whoever pointed a camera in his direction.

Arrival Story:
In the summer of 1997, my daughter's cat died. We went to a local n0-kill cat shelter, supposedly just to look, and came across Tubby, who was a total character. There was no question we wanted to adopt him immediately.

Bio:
Tubby was a total character. If you looked at him wrong or pointed a camera in his direction, he'd make bitchy noises at you. He was also a mighty hunter - we let our cats out into our back yard, because they can't get over the fence - and he brought more mice, birds, and possums into our house than I could even begin to count. Unfortunately, Tubby developed diabetes in the Fall of 2003, and although we were able to get his blood sugar regulated, he passed away on January 28, 2004.
