Aja
When we found each other you were just a baby in dire need of a good home. We bonded with each other the minute I had you in my arms and I knew that you and I would be great partners in crime. Two years later who would of thought that you would have the hardest struggle for your life. Because of the man who broke into our home and beat you so bad you almost lost your life, you had numerous surgeries and many setbacks. But you put on your best survival face and beat all odds. Four more years have moved on and you and I have never been closer. I feel such a special bond has been created because of our numerous trials and tribulations and that you know me better than anyone else. I love you kittie.

My mother finally found a diet that worked for me. We both are benefiting from it extremely. I started on raw food 3 months ago because I was just getting FAT. Mom like to feed me by free feeding kibble. Well that has all changed. At first I was a little miffed about it, but its all working out now. I get fed twice a day now and a amount that is appropriate for me. I can actually run now! I love love love the rabbit and the chicken hearts and I'm not coughing up the hairballs anymore, oh and did I tell you I can run now? Soon my mom will be unveiling my new me pic....stay tuned.

Today was interesting for me, I got to take a bath. Now I know everyone knows that cats just don't like to bathe. I think this knowledge is inherit in humans. But NOOOooo, today I got one. My mother says that I can't clean my back area to well, well duh, who wants to clean that area anyway??? Ok so maybe I kept putting that area off one to many times it did get just a "little" out of hand, but come on a full bath?? Well just when I thought things were pretty bleak as it was, she dries me off and comes after me with this fine tooth comb. I'm thinking "no way lady, you've already got your be nice to mom ticket today". It doesn't stop her, she keeps coming after me with this comb. Alright fine, comb me, but I ain't gonna make it fun. So I growled and gave her the evil eye, but she just carried on like nothing in the world is bothering her. So a "few" hours later I'm feeling a little lighter and thinking maybe this ain't so bad. Maybe the hairballs will be a thing of the past, yeah right. But anyway at least it will be a little more managable. If I keep this game up with mom, I never have to clean my back area again!
