Sophie's Words

This is Sophie's Mommy here...

Tigerlily Karma is not doing well. I went to her mommy's home Saturday and we both cried. I could tell she had been crying off and on for a while. She has been to the vet twice last week (Wednesday and Friday) and is to go to get results from a blood test tomorrow. We don't really know what is wrong with her but she's having to be force fed and will no use the litterbox and is not staying close to her mommy right now. This is her mommy's first kitty since she was a little girl and she's done everything possible she could do for her....everything. She's had Lily for a little over a month and she's been to the vet a total of 3 times which is really costly and buys her everything just to keep her going.
Please keep Lily and her mommy in your prayers. Lily is an incredibly sweet kitty.

It's been a long time!

I'm not a lounger on the computer anymore like in the old days of summer.
I think I'd break the desk if I was to climb on it since I'm not the 2 pounder I was back then. I went to the vet on Wednesday because mom thought I was feeling hot and I was sneezing my head off and I weighed 9.6 pounds! What can someone expect from a 10 month kitty?
I am doing fine most of the time. I still sneeze once in a while and I'm not sure if other kitties do or not but it usually doesn't last for every long.
My aunt has a kitty and I went to visit her but now mom won't let me go back because she just tested for FELV just a couple of days ago. My aunt is hoping that the next test will be negative. I will keep Tigerlily in my thoughts. She was the only kitty I've seen since I've been home from the shelter when I was a baby.
I think mom is scared because I will have to get tested in a few months but I am not too worried. I did get vaccinated for FELV months ago.
I will keep you posted!
