His former owner inherited her grandma's cat, Tootsie. Tootsie would not eat with Torin there. She repeatedly asked me to take him and I finally caved. She rescued him from a balcony where he was kept with no food or water and he was bloated and wormy.

Bio:
His former owner wants him back but, I am hesitant because he has bounced around so much in his short life. On the other hand, there would only be one other cat with him there instead of eight. He might get more attention there...then again, he is not shy about asking for it here. I don't want to doom him to his former name of Sweety, though.
