My adventure

Well yesterday was not the funnest of days...My mommy brought home a wierd shapped thingy that oddly resembled the object she puts us in when we leave the house! AHHHHH leaving the house!
Well, it was that same thingy cause before I knew it I was pushed into our old one. Nomar came too, in the new one. I meowed and meowed...even Nomar got in on the action. Well turns out we were going to the lady that pokes and prods us. After she was done with me she started on Nomar and was that ever funny! I got to run around, but the second they inserted that thingy into his booty I poked my head up on the table to taunt him. Hehehehe.
Well, we were then loaded in the car again and ended up at a place that was somewhat familiar...but I am an indoor only cat so I don't know the difference between parking lots. Mommy started taking me inside and I sat right by the opening thingy she was carrying me in. Well, suddenly the opening thingy opened and I was out! I ran under the car and then into some woods. Mommy chased me, but I did not want to go anywhere but home! I ran from her and she kept trying for about 45 minutes. Then dad got in on the action, but I am quick so I got out of his sight fast. Mom took Nomar somewhere (turns out he was overheating!! He told me all of this later). Well, soon it started to rain and thunder. It was coming down really hard. I saw my mommy sitting in her car looking at the edge of the woods for me...but I wasn't budging. The rain just kept coming and coming. About 4 hours later more people were looking for me. Suddenly I saw a hand coming from me. It looked sort of familiar, turns out it was mommy's brother. He found my hiding spot under a rock! I thought I was so sneaky! Well, I was not happy...where were they going to take me next?! Well, this is funny.....turns out we were in our home's parking lot when I broke loose...whoops! I could have been cool and dry this whole time! When they brought me inside I ran under the bed...but as soon as they caught me I was in the water! Wet again!!! And there were wierd blue bubbles being rubbed on me. Ick!!!!!!!!! I eventually dried off and smelled rather strange. I spent the rest of the evening licking myself to get the wierd blue bubble smell off of me. Then I rested. Mommy kept looking at me longingly...why was she so happy to see me? Guess I am one loved cat! :)

Am I not the Cuter One?

I do NOT understand why Nomar's diary entry was chosen for the entry of the day and mine wasn't! I mean, look at me! I am so cute! And my diary entries are good, right? Nomar sure does have a big head now. Mommy keeps telling him that he is famous and I think it isn't helping one bit. He keeps coming up to me to lick me, but I know he is thinking his saliva must be better than mine because HE was the diary entry of the day. Hopefully it will die down soon...but it sure is hard to take it when your little brother gets recognition. ;)

My Parents are Wierd!

My Mommy and Daddy have been acting strange since they saw the new Star Wars movie. Now when they pick me up they press my ears down and say "Cute am I." They are also calling me Maggie Yoda...How wierd is that?! I overheard my Mommy saying that I look like someone named "Yoda" when they press my ears down. She also said that when I chirp I sound like him. Who knows...my parents are dorks :).

Ooooops

Well, the other day I did something bad. I have always loved Mommy's baseball beanbag chair. It is so cozy. But I also have this thing about peeing on it. I don't know what it is, but once in a while when I get on it I just feel like I MUST pee on it. Well, the other day Daddy left his suede jacket laying on the the beanbag chair. Of course being my curious self I had to go inspect it. Well as soon as I was on top of it I felt my usual urge...so I did it. I admit it, I peed on my Daddy's favorite suede jacket. I knew as soon as I did it I had messed up. My Mommy yelled and scampered to get paper towels and cleaner. Ever since then my Daddy has been calling me "the bad kitty." I feel just awful. I couldn't help my urge, I just had to pee right then and there. Please forgive me Daddy!

I am soooooo cute!

I have decided that I am soooooo cute! I must be because whatever I want, I get! This morning my pesky little brother, Nomar, was following me around everywhere...who knows what he is up to. All I wanted to do was get some food down in the kitchen, then I wanted to come up and be with Mommy again. But the door to her room was closed! So I had to meow to get her to open the door. She sure does lay there a long time before getting up to let me out. I should work on my cuteness so it is instant next time...Oh no...what is Nomar up to now?!
