Medicine, yuck! Especially the nose drops.

She plays with anything she can get her little paws on

Favorite Nap Spot:
On gramma or papa, in the sun, or on mommy's bed.

Favorite Food:
Her many different varieties of wet kitten food, warmed up of course. She does sneak nibbles of the big kitty food and also little tastes of human food (gramma gives her potato chips!)

Skills:
I took her home, the cats have accepted her, my grandparents said we have enough cats yet they accepted her anyways. She's got mad skills right there.

Dwells:
indoors

Arrival Story:
Shiitake came into Love-A-Stray with two moms and two litters together. There were 9 kittens total. I helped nurse her back to health after nasty eye infections. She is still on medicati0n because she is still sniffly but she is home now!

Bio:
There was just something about her that made me want to take her home. She looks alot like Mushroom did as a kitten. Every time I was up at the shelter, I had to hold her and cuddle her. She was my favorite baby and overcame alot in her short life. Something inside of me convinced me that I needed this kitten in my life, so I brought her home. Taki went to the rainbow bridge today (11-12-07) She was only 6 months old. I love her so much. She just wasn't growing, the vet said her liver was failing and she was in pain. She was my baby. I didn't think I'd have to go through this again so soon... and it hurts even worse this time around. The hardest decision I've had to make so far in my life, I had to let her go so she wouldn't be in pain anymore. I love her so much and I will miss her so much. Rest in peace my tiny angel. You were too good for this earth and we will meet again someday, I promise. Take care of Nibbler for me...
