What I've been up to so far

Momma hurted me the other day *Mew Mew*...I know she didn't mean to. Here's what happened.

It was time to get ready for bed & Momma was very sleepy. Just after she took a bunch of pillows off her bed, she went to open one of the closet doors & put away some clean clothes onto hangers. My kitty sister Samantha sneaked in the closet & instead of following her I stayed on the other side of the door. I put my little paw inbetween the door & the wall. I was trying to get Samantha's attention by playing the "paw paw" game we sometimes like to play. Momma made Samantha get out of the closet though, so she wouldn't get shut in there (which has happened before)...but she never saw me. Instead she closed the closet door ON MY PAW! It hurted soooooo very much & I let out the biggest MEOW scream Momma had ever heard. Momma looked around frantic & then she saw me amongst the pile of pillows with my paw caught in between the door. She released the door & I went running. I was so scared. Momma dashed & looked under the bed to find me, but I just kept running away. I knew she felt very bad. She said she was so sorry & checked until she could see that I was okay & could walk on it. I could.
After she went to bed I jumped into bed with her & snuggled under the covers. I gave her love bites & purred to let her know that I was okay, I knew she was sorry, & I still loved her. I'm her Dot & that will never changed.

Another thing happened to the other day...I was walking around the apartment, feeling kind of bored, looking for something to do, should I eat, sould I play I didn't know *Mew Mew* I was in a funk. So I decided to let everyone know by letting out a "MEOOOOWWW-WOOOWWW!" Momma looked over at me like, "That big meow came from my little Dot?" ...Then she said, "Why Polkadot, I think your getting your big Meow." I just looked at her like I didn't know what she was talking about. (I've gotta milk this baby thing for as long as I can. The perks are fabulous!)

It's so nice to be back and see all of my friends pages. Everyone did such a nice job decorating their holiday pages. Momma wishes she could take pictures with us in holiday costumes with little holiday sets behind us like some of you do...so creative. Momma really gets a kick out of it.

She tried updating my page back the computer won't upload all of the pictures she took, which is well over 100.

My Momma also has an idea for a group on Catster & Dogster, but she is going to brainstorm until it's just right.

Delicious treats

A few days ago we recieved a free sample of those Greenies kitty treats in the mail. Well, today while my Momma was at work, I found those treats that she had been hiding. I oh so cleverly *paw paw-ed* them off the counter and on to the floor, so me & my older kitty sister Samantha could partake in their deliciousness. Mmmmm were they good! It was kind hard to get them out of the bag, but we eventually got to all of them by the time the bag hit Momma's bedroom...which is where she found pieces of the wrapper.

When Momma came home to find all the coupons that she keeps on the floor and the treats missing, I knew the jig was up. Thankfully, when she found the wrapper and went to find me she wasn't upset...she just said, "Dottie Polky! What is this!?!...Polkadot did you and Sam eat all the treats! Did you like those treats so much you ate them all?"

...My replay, "Yes Momma, YES! and they were DElicious!"

I have a new sibling everyone :)

I have a new sibling! His name is Brownie and he is a little chihuahua dog. He was adopted exactly one week ago. At first I wasn't sure what to think of him, but now I really like him. We play almost all of the time. I like to antagonize him a lot...we play chase, I pounce on him, I bite him, and paw paw him. Sometimes he'll drag my kitty toys around and I'll chase him around. Sometimes we even eat side by side. He's a pretty cool dog. It's so much more easy to play with him then Samantha because he's as big as I am. I'm glad he's part of the family.

Oops!

I am becoming quite a bold little girl. I am definitely at home with my Momma. I really like biting, since I still don't have all my big girl teeth in...I like playing with my toys...I like climbing and dangling on things...I like playing chase with my sister Samantha, who thankfully only hisses at me only 2 out of ten times (sometimes I get a bit fiesty, but she puts me in my place)...I like snacking on her crunchy treats even though Momma says they are just for her...I like drinking my special mix kitten milk that Momma makes me (it can even still be in the powder form and I'll start to lick it) I also make a loud sucking sound as I lap it up (it's THAT good)...I like napping on the couch...and over all, I just like my life. It's purrrrrrrfect! *Mew Mew*

heeheehee, My Momma also went to pick me up this evening and I FARTED...oops! Usually when she picks me up I will let out a little *Mew*, but golly was she surprised when I let out another sound...from the other end. What can I say...I'm a little kitten...I get gassy sometimes. teehee

Little Miss Polkadot

Life is Good *Mew Mew*

I am settling in very well with my new family. I have grow a bit...my Mummy thinks I'm over a lb. or two now. My belly has gotten a lot more rollie pollie.
Every evening my Momma makes me a little bit of kitten milk, which I enjoy...it makes me sleepy, so then I take a nap. *Mew mew*

I spend the afternoons napping and the evenings running around playing with all the toys I have. My favorite place to nap is on the couch.

Samantha is getting better around me...she only *hisses* sometimes, but has no problem with me eating my food near her or being close to her when I play with my toys like I do. She just stares at me and let's me be mostly. I hope she will come around though. I think it would be fun to be able to play with her. I have learned a lot by just watching her so far.

Well, I'm off to take a nap...the couch calls *Mew mew*

Life so far...

I love my new home. I haven't had one accident of going outside of the box or anything. I am very proud of myself. *Mew Mew*

My Momma is very sweet to me. She bought me a million little cans of organic kitten moisty food. I finished my whole bowl this morning. She also bought me some KRM (kitten replacement milk), since I still haven't gotten the whole drinking water thing down. She mixed it up and put it in a little bottle for me. I was so excited that I chewed half of the nipple off. After that she just let me drink it out of a little saucer. It was very good! *Mew Mew*

I am learning how to interact with Samantha. She is a very beautiful cat. I hope I can grow up and be as beautiful as she is. *Mew Mew*

She still treats me like kitty poop *Mew Mew* I am learning not to be afraid of her though. Sometimes she will try and paw paw me and I will just ignore it. She never uses her claws, I know she is not that kind of cat, but sometimes I just hop away from a little bit and then run back playfully. She has a lot of cool toys. She seems very playful and I watch her and learn how to play with all of them. I hope that we can be good friends one day *Mew Mew*
