She loves her Felidae, and CHEESE! She's pretty much a chow hound.

Arrival Story:
I knew I wanted 2 cats since it was so hard to lose Punkin and be kittyless. I checked Elvis's breeder's website occasionally, but she doesn't update it often. I hadn't been on in awhile, and there was banner across the bottom saying she had kittens available. I knew there was a possibility it was months old, but I emailed her anyway asking if she had any kittens. She had one girl who was 4 months old and very sweet. She was a half sibling to Elvis, having the same father and a different mother. Hubby was not convinced we needed 2 cats, to put it mildly, but I informed him I was picking her up that Friday. She and her new brother hit it off and get along perfectly! She's such a little pistol - the feline version of our dog Cassidy, and at 5 pounds wasn't the slightest bit intimidated by our 80 pound German Shepherd. The subject line of my first email update to her breeder was: "She who will not be herded", because she used to run TOWARDS the dog instead of away from her! Now she intentionally leads the chase, but it's all in fun. She is named for the lovely and talented Miss Emmylou Harris.
