Arrival Story: A former Client I was working with had a cat that had kittens. They were searching for a home for Sebastian. I thought I had found someone to take care of him, but that person decided she could not keep him. He then came to live with me, while I tried again to find a home. In the process I fell in love with him. My other cat Shadow passed away shortly after. So he became my cat and helped keep Cleopatra from getting too lonely.
Bio: Sebastian was Diary of the Day on 12/28/08. Thank you for this special honor! Sebastian was COTD on 4/29/09 the day before his 8th birthday!!! Thanks Catster for making this a special birthday for us!

Don't you love the days when your subject stays home and gives you all the love and pets you can handle? I could get used to this!
Things have been kinda crazy here.... Mom has officially finished her Master's degree and has been talking to a recruiter abut a job in SEATTLE! I'm not so sure about this Seattle talk, after all, I am a small town mid-western boy and Cleo says it rains a lot and said there are lots of trees and mountains and even an ocean nearby. Ocean=fish, BLEH ( fish makes me feel icky, mom thinks I may have a fish allergy, anytime I eat it I get sick). Oh well, if we go, Cleo can have my share :)
Between Cleo and I, we will keep you posted as to the happenings around here..... first things first though, mom MUST pass the national board exam.... *looks at mom "hit those books"*
I have been found GUILTY on two counts of raiding the treat drawer after being caught with the treat bag in my mouth. TWICE.
Can I help it that mom left the drawer open just enough? I mean, I was smelling those yummy treats and had to make sure they were still fresh, right? And they WERE catnip flavored too! I need a better lawyer....
I thought I would surprise mom this morning by catching her a fresh breakfast snack. I worked so hard trying to catch that chirping cricket.... I played with it, carried it around, and made sure it was.... well, MOSTLY dead...... I was CERTAIN mom would be oh so thankful for my thoughtfulness, the time, and the care I put into preparing her gourmet snack.... I proudly jumped up on the bed with her buggie snack and she said thanks and then took the nearly dead cricket away and FLUSHED it down the toilet! Can you believe my mom did not like my offering to her for breakfast? Hmmph..... so much for that, we'll see if I ever do that again....
