Arrival Story:
I adopted Gerry along with his brother George from an office on campus (they were most likely left behind in the summer by college students.)

Bio:
Gerry is not a fan of our two dogs and makes his feelings known on a daily basis. A day does not pass without some kind of smackdown involving Gerry and at least one of the dogs. It's mostly just a lot of talk on ALL of their parts and I would have thought it would have gotten old by now but apparently they all derive some kind of sick pleasure from it . He's extremely vocal and has much to say about everything (in most instances I think he is expressing displeasure about something- he's kind of a curmudgeon!) As of yesterday, 8/6/04, Gerry is adjusting to life without his brother- we are giving him lots of extra attention (and Pedro has actually started taking over for George, snuggling up to Gerry and napping with him.) He's been looking for George some (*I* think that's what he's doing) but with each day he seems to be getting better and back to his normal grumpy, growling, "eek, there's a dog LOOKING at me!!! self :-)
