I've Been On Catster Since:
It is that time of the year again. Rainy season has arrived in sunny south Florida. With just the slightest hint of a storm, I am off to hide. My two usual spots are behind the microwave and in the closet. If I hide in the closet, chances are, no one will found me. I burrow deep within the clothes to muffle the horrible wracket that a storm produces. This fear seems to be new. I think it must have started last year with the four hurricanes that hit Florida. We spent months with the hurricane shutters up. It was like living in a cave. No outside to view. No birds. No little lizards scrambling across the screens. I am keeping my paws crossed that this season is a calm one. But just in case, I have asked for my very own ipod, to help drown out the noise.
I just know that I am going to get a wonderful Christmas present! My stocking is full to the brim! Well, so are the other cat's stockings, too. We are all going to get something special! I love my owner's. They are the very best in the whole wide universe!!
Only a few more days til Santa Claws comes. I have been a very good girl. I love to chase little toy mice so I am hoping that Santa brings me lots and lots. The tails tend to go fast cos I carry them around in my mouth! I can't wait! Hurry up Christmas!!
