Likes: Hershey loves catnip and belly rubs. He likes to wrap himself around our legs when we are trying to walk.
Pet-Peeves: He hates loud noises and will run and hide. He also detests riding in the car to go see the vet. He voices his displeasure very loudly the entire ride there. He hates taking pills which he has done alot of lately with all the UTI's he has had lately.
Favorite Toy: He loves to chase a light beam. He goes around in circles till he is dizzy. He has a catnip stuffed snake that he loves to play with.
Favorite Nap Spot: The second bunk of the cat condo. He twists and turns his body in all different directions and then drops off into a sound sleep.
Favorite Food: Only cat food for this fella. He loves Whiskas. He tries to bury people food.
Skills: He is a climber. We often find him atop the kitchen cabinets or climbing atop the hurricane bars that reinforce the garage door.

Arrival Story: Hershey was one of three kittens that we rescued from the local humane shelter. We had originally picked his sister out, but someone had already taken her. His name at the shelter was Winston. He is a very loving cat with alot of dog-like qualities.

Wow! Another birthday is here. I am 9 years old today. I am not sure whether to be happy or sad about it. Sure, it is great to celebrate birthdays, but with this birthday, I am now considered a senior cat. Hey, I don't look like I am an old cat. I look pretty fine, even if I must say so myself. I got some catnip toys to help me celebrate. I love catnip!! Happy Birthday to all the other cool cats that share my birthday!
Happy Birthday to me! Happy Birthday to me! I am 7 today! This is the first year since I was a kitten that I have had no emergency trips to the vet for bladder or blockage problems. Yippee!! Guess the CD food and no fish has done the trick. I am one happy little black cat!
I got some great new catnip toys! So, gotta go...new things waiting to be destroyed.
