Likes: Eating! And playing (or something) with his friend Pat. They tear around the house together at 7 PM each night.
Pet-Peeves: People not being fast enough with the can opener, or simply not being there when it's dinner time.
Favorite Toy: Cat trees, his friend Pat, the cat bagel.
Favorite Nap Spot: A halogen lamp that shines on a shelf on the cat tree
Favorite Food: Baby food we give to a very ancient cat as a treat.
Skills: Tony has opposable thumbs on all four feet--and he knows how to use them!
Arrival Story: We adopted Tony from the Longmont Humane Society after seeing his picture in the Pet of the Week section of the local paper. He was the spitting image of a cat we had recently lost. He was 16 weeks old at the time, and the HS workers told us that they had put him in with several groups of kittens but people just kept overlooking him, even with the extra toes. We took him and he has been a wonderful friend.
Bio: Tony is the only cat I've ever known who has a permanently greasy coat, no matter what I do with it. He always smells just like old socks.
Tony has long thumbs on his front and back paws, and he can use them as thumbs for all kinds of nefarious purposes.
