Arrival Story: A couple years after Jerry died, I had a dream that there was a cat at the pound somewhere that looked just like him. I had previously had 2 dreams of very specific events that came true within a week of the dream. I hopped in my car after I woke up and travelled to 6 local shelters. (Local meaning within 25 miles in any direction). NOT ONE KITTEN looked like him or even stuck their paw out of the cage at me. At my last stop I was very depressed. I went around the cages, and still not one cat paid attention to me. Then in the LAST cage, there was Punkin-Pie. She ran up the the grate on the cage, meowed at the top of her lungs and stuck both of her arms through the grate trying to grab me. I took her out and held her for a while. She fell asleep on my chest right under my neck. Jerry used to do that. I had to take her. 3 days later she was home with me and acts like Jerry in so many ways, it's uncanny. The picture frame I have on my bedside has a little bell that hangs from it. Every once in a while, when I'd feeling down, I'll hear the bell ringing; it's Punkin ringing the bell looking right at me. It's a sign :o)

Bio: Just for the record, Punkin-Pie can DO NO WRONG. She is perfect and never gets punished and has no rules. Makes my husband a little upset :o)
