He's my alarm clock. He touches my face at 6:00 every morning -- I haven't set an alarm since we got him. He's also my best jumper.

Arrival Story:
My 13 yr-old cat had died and my husband thought I needed another. We went to our local no-kill shelter and there they were -- brothers, both solid black and precious. As soon as we got them in the house, one of them took off running and since he was so fast, we named him Gordon (Jeff). Staying with the NASCAR theme, we named the other one Eliot (Bill). Sadly, Eliot was only with us for 9 months. But 9 years later, Gordon still rules the roost here.

Bio:
Gordon died in May of 2006, 3 months short of his 10th birthday. We miss our Big Guy every day.
