Sun Sign: Quick Bio:
 Birthday: March 25th 2002
 Coloration: Gray and White

Likes: Oscar, stealing Oscar's prescription food, playing, petting, being fluffy, chattering, sticking his cold wet nose inside my nose, smothering me with his fur

Pet-Peeves: Beckham (dog brother)! Empty food bowl and nail trimmings are also on his list

Favorite Toy: Oscar, feather on a stick, furry mice, anything he can pick up with his very dexterous paws

Favorite Nap Spot: In Oscar's bed - while Oscar looks on with discontent

Favorite Food: Cheese, Zuke's treats, Merrick "Grammy's Pot Pie" cat food

Skills: Chattering like a squirrel, stealing human food at a high rate of speed

Dwells:
indoors

Arrival Story: My co-worker noticed a baby kitten walk past the window. I only saw a back foot and kept telling her it was a rabbit. I finally went outside to see a very scared, dirty 6 week old kitten freeze in fear in the bushes. I dove into the bushes to pull him out and took him inside with me. He had been on his own for quite a while. His paws were blistered, he was full of fleas and mites, etc. I took him to the vet after work and got everything taken care of. It took some sweet talking to convince my husband that I needed to keep him (if you see my other animals, you'll see a pattern! LOL!)
I felt so bad for Gus, we didn't even know he had any white on him until after the 12th bath that day! He spent the first 2 weeks at our house living in quarantine in the shower to make sure he didn't have anything communicable to our other cats. He was so scared at first, but when I would take him out and pet him on the bed he was such a snuggle baby.
He has the cutest way of chattering, he never just meows. We tease him that he was raised by squirrels.

Bio: The CFA description of the Norweigian Forest Cat says that it "is a pleasure to pet their silken fur" - Gus loves it when you tell him that!

My mom bought me a super special treat, canned food made of rabbit! Meow! My mom was a bit grossed out by it, but the store owner assured her that I would love it. She wasn't kidding, I didn't let any other cat (or dog) even look at me while I was eating that stuff. Yum, yum, yum...

My dad & I had Snugglefest 2005 yesterday. He claims I almost crushed his ribcage...what's the problem, I'm only 20 lbs?!?! My mom said that I look like I'm still growing bigger every day.
The fur between my toes is getting very long now that it's winter. I need it to protect my paws from the snow (well, if we had snow in So Cal) - besides I think it's sexy. My winter coat is now extra thick and luxurious. I should be a print model for cat shampoo or something. I'll have my mom take a new pic of me so you all can see my glorious coat :)

Hi everyone. I hope you all had a good Christmas. Oscar & I had a great one! Sandy Paws brought us lots of toys - yarn balls, a fleece octopus, catnip, furry mice, and furry catnip dots. We played upstairs in the Oscararium all day long.
We have a little girl living in the Oscararium now, which suits us just fine! She loves to pet me and snuggle with me. Can't beat that!
I'll write more soon, I have to go meow!
