   Leave a treat for Sarama

Nicknames:
Sara, Mouse, Gur, Gurdy, Mare, Mary

Quick Bio:
-pound cat

Likes:
Sunning herself in the garden and kicking all cat butt that attempts to breach the walls. Catching and swallowing a bug in one swift motion.

Pet-Peeves:
Her brother Hunter, people that try to pet her without engaging in conversation first, being chased by the puppy (although I think she's giving him a lot of slack because she sees an ally in the war against her brother)

Favorite Toy:
Bugs.

Favorite Nap Spot:
The garden, the computer monitor (although Hunter has usurped that spot for the time being)

Favorite Food:
Bugs. She pukes up anything she eats that isn't Iams or alive when she swallows it.

Skills:
Meowing coyly at people until they are close enough to strike, has her own language.

Dwells:
indoors and outdoors

Arrival Story:
I adopted her at the SPCA a few days after getting her "brother" Hunter. She was the tiniest kitten in her litter. The woman remembered me from picking up Hunter earlier that week and thought that a boy cat from Sara's litter would be a perfect match as he looked and behaved just like Hunter did. I played with him for a good five minutes before I realized Sara was even there...she was sitting in the back of the treehouse all by herself, half the size of the other kittens and obviously the runt of the litter. I picked her up and she immediately sneezed a huge booger on my shirt. It was instant love. I asked if she was sick and they said she was physically fine, although she had some behavioral issues that I'd have to keep an eye on, namely that she would attach herself either to me or the other cat pretty much to the exclusion of everybody else. When I got her home, her cold worsened and I had to take her in repeatedly for checkups. She had an upper respiratory infection that lasted at least two months. It was a great bonding time for us as I nursed her through, and she spent the majority of that time living on my shoulder. She pulled through, and as the adoption person said, she likes me and pretty much hates (or at best barely tolerates) everyone else.
