Health Check

I went to see Dr. Wong today. I haven't gained any weight since my surgery last week but she said I was stable. My incision healed nicely and when she went to remove my pain patch, she noted that there were teeth marks on it. Hmmm..wonder who did that? Mom told her Joy helped, which was true.

I'm starting on prednisone today to help lower my calcium and to boost my appetite so I can gain some weight back. The pills are small so Mom is making sure she puts a little bit of canned food around it and placing it deep in my mouth.

The best news, as far as I'm concerned, is that I don't have to see Dr. Wong again for a month, at which time I'll have bloodwork done again. Hopefully, nothing goes wrong before then.
