I just love Christmas!

Oh yeah! I looked pretty darn handsome this morning. Mommy dressed me up in a tuxedo for my Christmas photos. I saw the next door neighbor's cat checking me out. I think she has a crush on me. She's forever staring at me. Anyway, I did all my usual model poses and it was super fun. I didn't like the hat though. Mommy took it off after a few shots. It just didn't look right on me.

Hmm, what else? Oh, Timba and I got our own little house/bed thing like Miko and Kionu. Except it's green. Sucks for the girls though. The only colors they had were blue, green and red so they all have to share the red one. Haha! We also got our stockings. My stocking is in the shape of a fish and it has green plaid material. There's also a place to put my photo! Cool! So yeah, I just love christmas. All the presents, treats and the Christmas tree! I especially love the garland. Super fun stuff man!

Make it stop!

Ahh! I really hate rainy days. I had my whole day planned out! Okay, really...my plan was to sleep ALL day...non stop. I thought sleeping in the sun would make it more relaxing and I could work on my tan of course. Well leave it up to mother nature to ruin my day! It was cloudy for most of the morning, with no peep of any sunshine. And if that wasn't bad enough, it started POURING rain in the afternoon and it's still raining! It rained so hard, I couldn't even hear myself purr! We all had to go back inside the house and make due with sleeping in the kitty room. And for the love of catnip, WHY does the rain make Timba all "lovey dovey"? He just wants to spoon all day, and I'll be damned if I spoon with him again. That fool drools! Blah! There goes my tan for the week. Man...this really sucks...

My plan didn't work...

The plan was for Timba and I to play roughly, thus causing our saftey collars to snap off. So we put the plan in motion and low and behold, the collars snapped off! We thought to ourselves..."wow! the plan actually worked!". Our collars were long gone, lost in the obilivion known as the "bushes" and we knew there was NO WAY Miko's mom would brave spiderwebs and insects to get the collars. We thought we were home free! We basked in our glory for a couple hours until Miko's mom came home. Everything was going according to plan until Miss Mia Maluhia (who was supposed to stand guard) ratted us out! She kept peering over the side of the lanai and called for Miko's mom. She came over, looked down at what Mia was looking at, looked at Timba, then me and she figured it out right away! She put us in "time out" while she headed off to the pet store to get new collars. We sat in our "time out" wondering how we could pull the plan off again (without Mia around to rat us out) and came to the conclusion that it would be difficult, if not impossible. So now we have to wear buckle collars with bells! Bells! Ah! I hate bells! Plus, we got no treats today! Bummer dude!
