Leia came to my home from parts unknown. From the way she acted, I could tell she had been mistreated. She began living in my basement with my tomcat, Pooh (who is no longer with us). Not knowing how feral she was and fearing she'd starve, I started setting food out for her. Amazingly, within days, I had her purring on my lap. Somehow, the poor baby had been surviving on what she could kill and steal.
Bio:
Even though she's been here close to eight years now, Leia is still skittish around people. She's only ever sat on two laps--mine and once, my best friend. She's easily started, even by me, if the movements are too fast. And for some reason, she loves to hear me sing.
