Kitty Complexion:
sleepyvery active
not curiousvery curious
not vocalvery vocal

Quick Bio:
-mixed breed-pound cat

Cream Point

The smell of bleach; giving bum slaps to Luna as she walks by and then pretending she didn't do it; waking her mom in the middle of the night "just to talk"

Dogs who think they have a right to live in her house; anyone other than her mom

Favorite Toy:
Feathers on a stick; little stuffed mice

Favorite Nap Spot:
On top of the pillows on the "big" bed

Favorite Food:
Royal Canin Light ('cuz she's watching her girlish figure) and anything Luna is eating

Intimidation; scaring the b-jeebers out of the dogs; picking the exact moment when her mom is falling asleep to start yowling and rehashing the events of her day.

Arrival Story:
I kind of thought that my old beloved (now passed on) kitty, Cooper, would like a playmate, so I went to the local pound and adopted this little peach-colored kitten with blue eyes. When I brought her home, Cooper started grooming her and cuddling with her right away.

Zoe has traveled cross country twice - when we moved to Florida, then back to Washington. When I got Lucy a few years ago, Zoe actually liked her and they have gotten along very well. Zoe also enjoys tormenting the dog, Henry - she loves having someone to push around. She is also the ONLY cat who can get away with slapping Luna around, and does it on a regular basis. When she gets bored, she will systematically pull all her toys out of the toybox and place them strategically around the house. She doesn't want to play with them -- she just wants to watch me gather them together and put them away. Zoe is very loyal and a "one-person" pet, which means she doesn't cotton to other people trying to make friends. And you do NOT want get on her bad side or make her angry -- just trust me on that one. ****Sadly, my beloved Zoester Toaster passed away in September of 2009, after a nearly 8-month battle with cancer. I miss you every day, my little one, and will never forget your snuggles and purrs****

Oh, Zoe. How could anyone not be devoted to you? You demand full obedience from all who serve you. But in some strange way, you make me want to do whatever it takes to make you a happy kitty. You are my little Princess, THE Diva. Who could ask for anything more? I love you, Toadie-Bird!

Well, Mom brought another cat home. Her name is KiKi and Mom told us that she was not going to be permanent, but that's what she said about Lucy 4 years ago, and we all know how that turned out. This KiKi character is a real pain in my rear too. She likes to hide around corners and jump out at me, she eats all the good wet food, hogs the windowsill in the living room, and just once I would like to be able to take a pee without her watching me!!!! I mean, have a little decorum for crying out loud!

BUT -- Mom says she will be leaving for her new home in a few weeks. Until then, I will do what I always do: suffer in silence..... Oh, the indignity of it all!!!!!!

Tasty treats!!!

Oh, how I LOVE spiders!! I found a whole nest of 'em behind the bathtub the other day. Okay, so it was Mom who found 'em. But when she screamed, I came running to see what was all the ruckus and there they were -- most of 'em were kinda small, but there were two big ones in there and I dived right in.

After Mom saw me eat the first couple, she had to leave the room. She said she would probably never bathe again, but I'm sure eventually she'll come around -- she can't stay out of the bathroom forever, right?
