Black and White

WATER! He loves it. Anywhere, anytime. He sits on the bathroom sink waiting for you to turn the faucet on so he can have his 5 gallons. When you turn the shower on he is right in it. We keep a fountain running so he can drink all the time.

Hoss, his brother.

Favorite Toy:
Toy??? What is a toy. That would require energy. However I have been thinking that ball of fur running around here is fun to take a swipe at. Silly dog thinks I might want to play with him. Hmmph

Favorite Nap Spot:
On my mom's pillow next to her head

Favorite Food:
shrimp, crab, anykind of sea food.

Does giving love count? He gives headbutts like a little goat would. It is one of the ways he shows love.

Arrival Story:
We were stopped at a convenience store on the reservation in New Mexico. I heard a kitty crying...loud. I went to see, my hubby said, Honey you can't get that cat. I said, I know, I just wanna see. Tee Cee came running to me, crying plaintively. I know he was saying; save me, I'm lost, I'm lonely and do you see those hungry dogs over there? Hubby went back in the store and got a bag of food and a small box to put some dirt in for a litter box. That was in November of 2001.

We drive an 18 wheeler. The night we found him we were in the truck and had our two poms, Priss and Sass, with us. We thought the noise from the truck would scare him. But he got in the truck, sniffed and rubbed against the dogs, took over the truck, the dogs, and was a very happy kitty. We put a halter and leash on him, and he leash trained very easily. People were amazed to see a leash trained cat. He rode with us everywhere. A lot of the time he rode on my shoulders while I drove and when I went to bed he slept on the pillow, in my face. We are only out 4 days at a time, so he had home time to run free in the house for three days. He knew when I started gathering things up we were going to leave again and he started hiding, so we didn't make him go with us anymore. Tee Cee is more dog like than cat like. He follows you like a puppy...still. He is a very needy cat, and has a very dependent personality, unlike most cats that only grace you with their presence. He also likes to lick, and unlike most cats that lick with their whole sandpaper tongue, Tee Cee uses only the very tip of his tongue. He gives me very gentle butterfly kisses. He is a very special kitty and we wouldn't take a wooden nickle for him.
