I haven't written anything lately, mainly because I am the GOOD furrie in the house! I do my best to set a good example for the others, but lately, they just do whatever they want to do! I can only do so much.

My sister was home from college in Fredonia, NY from 11/16 to 11/25. It was so good having her home for that long (I think Christmas will be even better). Of course she brought that little one of hers along. Sassy's first day here is terrible to say the least! She "back talks" to her mommy, grandma, pap and me! I just give it right back to her! I'm not going to let this little 8 month old kitten talk to me that way! I'm older than she is and I'm her uncle. I want some respect! I teach her a lesson by hissing and growling at her for one more day! I can't have her thinking that she can walk in here and be the boss! Goodness, she is a girl and that could just open a whole other can of worms!

I do really love that little one though! I am really nice to her when no one is watching us, but if there is someone around, then I just have to give a hiss and growl. Usually by the time I'm tired of playing this little game, she is leaving to go back to NY. Different this time. Her mommy left on Sun. and Sassy stayed here! Something about my sister coming back on Fri. for a Steeler's Game (is that something like "cat & mouse"?) and it would be a little much to expect Sassy to make the trip 2 weeks in a row. So, she has been here and we play with her, share our can of Fancy Feast in the a.m. with her, and being just extra nice with her because her mommy isn't here. I even share my special room (the bathroom) with her. She does pretty good without her mommy. Everyone was worried about if she would eat and all that. Do they not notice how much that little one eats!?!?!? She sleeps with mommy & daddy at night. She and Iggy have gotten into some big trouble! I'll let Iggy write about that in his diary. I just sat and listened to it all and then "snickered" under my breath!

As you can see my life has been a bit boring lately. BUT, I see that the Turkey's are put away and that can mean only one thing...Christmas is coming!!! My favorite time of year! I love to lay under the trees and look at the lights & decorations thru the house. I do have a bit of a problem before this is all done though. This is the time of year when my "bad streak" comes out! I will get in so much trouble getting into things and on top of things that mommy will just give up and let me do whatever I want! I love it!!! Mommy thinks it has something to do with the house cleaning & moving furniture. I'm not sure, all I know is that I'm bad! Hey, once a year, the rest of them are bad all year!

That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

OMC! I can't believe that my diary was chosen to be one of the featured diaries today! I always felt my brofurs had much more interesting diaries, but mine was chosen!!! Yay!! I did something before them!!! I still rule the house!

Thanksgiving Tag

I realize that it is the day after Thanksgiving, but we as a home have a lot to be thankful fur tonight and I'm going to keep the game going. If we stop and think about it, we shouldn't be thankful for just one day, it should be everyday.

1. Being rescued by this wonderfur family when I was really, really small.
