I WON!

I am so Excited! I took a 1st Place in the TCA cat show for Classic Siamese Best Cat over 8 months old. Jasper, my cat son, got 2nd place in this class. Also, Lollipop another one of my kitties got two 1st places and one 2nd place. That was in the Traditional Siamese class. Best Cat over 8 months and Best of Color Seal Point were both 1st place. Best Kitten 5-8 months I got a 2nd place. One of Jasper's kittens got two 1st places also - that kitten lives in Arizona. Sami

Going to Vet

Well, mama is a little worried about me. I still have a fairly big belly and it's not all squishy. Mom says that I still look pregnant. I am acting fine and showing no distress at all, but mama wants to make sure. So, tomorrow morning, she will pack me up with all my babies and have me at the vet by 7:30am. She will pick me up later in the day. Wish me luck! Sami

My Babies are here!

I had my babies right on their due date. They were born yesterday, Sept 1st. I have 5 healthy kittens. It was kind of nerve racking for mom though. I have to move all over to have my kitties. I had one in the litter box and mama didn't see it right away. She thought it was dead, but it was just all full of the litter. Mama cleaned it off for me and put it with the two other kitties. Then, I did end up having a 6th little one, but it's intestines were on the outside so that one did not make it. I would not go by my kitties for a little while, but moma put me in there with them and pet me until I calmed down enough to lay down for my babies to nurse. I let them eat for a while, then I cleaned them all up so they are nice a white and fuzzy! I had better get back to them. Sami

I didn't do too bad.

I was in the TCA cat show too. I got a 2nd place and three 4th places. That's pretty good. Mama says that it's hard to get a good picture of me. She is still very proud of me because that's still pretty good. I am just not sure I want anyone to know how gorgeous I really am, so when mama moves in to get a picture, I will move my head just the right way to make it look funny. I'm a pretty smart gal! MOL

I'm Free Again!

Mama finally let me out of jail. I was in jail for a while because mama thought I was being too mean to the other kitties. Doesn't she remember that I always get a little cranky when I am expecting?!? The two cats that I was picking on the most are upstairs now, so mama could let me out. I'm still a little cranky, but the other kitties that are around me know better than to try to play with me now. I would rather play by myself with my toys, or with just mama and a toy. Now it's time for my sun bathing.

My Babies are here!!!

I had my babies yesterday. February 8, 2008. I had 6 beautiful little kitties. I think there are 3 girls and 3 boys, but will know forsure later. The first one took the longest, then the last 5 came pretty fast. Mama was here and she was petting me and keeping me calm.

I feel so good now. They are all eating really well and mama says they look like little fuzz balls! I'd better get back to them. Sami

Patiently Waiting

Well, about 11 more days until my babies are due. Last time I was sick and had them 10 days early. None of them made it. This time I am a lot healthier and my babies should be fine. I am really big already so mama is kind of wondering how many I will have. A couple of days ago, I got realy upset at all the other kitties in our house and started growling and hissing at everyone. So, mama put me in my own bedroom to calm me down. She says that I have to stay calm until my kitties are born so we will all be healthy. It's ok I guess, I am a lot calmer now. Mama might let me back out to see how I do, but she doesn't want to upset me. We have a special place to have my kitties, but she doesn't want me in there yet.

I had better get back to resting so I am ready for this bunch!!

I'm Expecting!!

Yup, you see that right! I am expecting babies and I feel great! My babies are due on Februaty 10th. I really love being a mama. I have not been sick at all this time and mama says I look wonderful!! We are both thinking that this will be a very healthy birth and everything will go well.

It's My Birthday Today!

Guess what - Guess what?!?!? It's MY birthday today! I am two years old! WoooHooo!! Mama is going to let me have extra treats today and let me do anything I want! I feel so grown up today! I am walking with my head and tail held high - strutting my stuff - like I do best!! We will have a little party tonight when mama gets home. Mama said she had a gift for me! I can hardley wait! I am feeling GREAT!!

First I want to thank all the kitties that were purring for me to get well. I feel so much better. I have put on weight and am back to my playful self. I am even eating regular food again and I have kept it down! Mama says it's so nice to see me playing and running around again! I even sleep with mama in her bed at night. I also have been climbing up mama so she has to hold me when I want to be held! It's really nice to have cuddle time again and mama says it feels better to cuddle me now since I have put on a little weight. It doesn't feel like I am going to "break". Ha - I'm a tough sweet girl, mama couldn't "break" me! Purrs to all of you!! Sami
