When I turned 2, my Dad decided it was time for a kitten. He said, "Every little girl should have a kitten." My mom wasn't so sure, but a man at my dad's work had a cat that just had kittens. He told my parents that the mama cat had fallen off the barn roof, onto concrete when she was pregnant, but all the kittens seemed fine. Of course, out of all the loving kittens, I chose to get the one that hid under the porch and wouldn't come out. But, my parents felt it was important for me to make my own choices, and Tiger became mine!!!
