Who Knew..

A while back she was banned from the house after she constantly used the carpet as a bathroom. My grandmother had enough and she became an outdoor cat. She was seen sporadically. One day we noticed that she was pregnant. We were excited but scared at the same time. Excited she was giving birth to kittens. Scared about when and where. Will she make it? What about the kittens? How will a stray cat care for them? We were already leaving Sunday food for her but affording it for her and kittens was the real question. I wondered about these questions constantly. One day we were told that Sunday had wondered into the road and someone had purposely ran her over. We were stunned and upset. Who knew..a cat like that. Who knew...people could be so rude.
