I miss you all.

Hey guys, sorry this entry took so long to finally make it :( Mom's had a hard time visiting my page, she still gets teary eyed.

As most of you know, I made my trip to the bridge way too early, at the end of January. I went into renal failure all too young. The vet was cool though, really helped mom out.

I just wanted to thank everyone for all the support and love they gave mom, dad, and all my furblings. Thank you won't ever suffice, but there aren't words yet to express our gratitude. And thanks to everypurr for the rosies...and to everyone who welcomed me up here. You guys are the best, I really appreciate it. I'm having a good time flying around and playing...there are tons of mice up here!

Hope I don't see any of you for a long time...but when I do, get ready to play! *purrs and headrubs from the bridge*

I love you all to bits! Thank you again for everything. The love and support means all the world to us.

Um, you're joking, right?

Yeah..so uh, mom comes home from visiting with the new daddy...gives us treats, guess he's ok..but now....*sigh* WHEN WILL THE MADNESS END?!?!?!

Not only do I hear "We're moving!" but I also hear something about a new little brother..and um, two little furblings isn't enough? You NEED another kitten? Seriously mom? I'm pretty sure she's trying to drive me away! Riley is MORE than enough kitten...but no...yeah....sure..let's get ANOTHER ONE...brilliant. Another little black kitty...his name is Augie...he's sick...mom heard a sneeze and it was all over....*sigh* Anyone wanna rescue me from this nightmare? Please?

Ok so Venison = GREATEST FOOD EVER!

Maybe Riley isn't so bad after all...He went with mom to pick out some good new canned food for us to try...and he picked some Venison...oh my CAT!!!!!!

We got the big can...Scout had her normal little few mouthfuls, she's not a big eater...and then Rye and I split the rest. In under 10 minutes, this whole can of food was no more. I highly, highly recommend getting your hands on some if you get the chance. Its fantastic.

In other news, I love my beautiful wife Sin...miss you sweetie!

And I'm finally adjusting to Riley. He keeps following me around, determined to get me to quit hissing at him...its kinda working. Little booger is almost as big as me though! It took me 2 years to get this big..and that little snot is gonna be bigger than me in less than a year! Hmphhhh! But..he picks out good food, so I suppose I can learn to live with him.

A new baby brother....

:D Mom's making a page for him tonight! His name is Riley, a little grey and white boy. He's still with his foster family, being neutered tomorrow! Good luck little guy! He comes home later this week, Wednesday or Thursday...I'm so excited to meet him!

A tribute to Dexter

I barely have words. I remember when I first came on catster, and didn't know anybody. I was lucky enough to be matched with Dexter as part of a mentoring program, and he was the best big brother I could have ever asked to have. He always had the right answers, always could make me smile, and was always such an inspiration. He was strong when his sisfur, Molly, passed to the bridge, and now he is with her again.

Dexter, thank you for being one of my best friends. Thanks for being there for me through the good and the bad. You're going to make a great angel, and I hope that I can be like you as I grow up. I'm so grateful to have known you, and the world just won't be the same without you here.

Rest in peace, my brother. You'll be in my heart, always.

As Valentines day approaches this year, I am reminded just how lucky I am to be able to call myself your husband. I never thought I would find the girl for me..but then you came, and turned my world upside down. I know we don't get the chance to talk much, and we don't have alot of time for dates, but I want you to know how much you mean to me. Sin, I would give anything for you. If you asked me for the stars, I would climb to the top of the tallest mountain and stretch as far as my little body can stretch just to bring them all down for you. You brighten my days, and warm my nights. You truly make me the luckiest man in the world.

I love you, with every ounce of my heart. I am all yours, forever. And here I am, screaming it from my diary. I wish I had a mountaintop to scream it from, though.

Sin and I decided to start off the new year with our wedding :) Scout did the honors..and now I have the most beautiful WIFE in the universe. Sin..I love you. I am so blessed to be your husband, and I cannot wait to see what the coming years have in store for us!!

Ok...So this new kitten thing, I'm not crazy about it.

I'm not one to hiss...but I ATTACKED dad while he was carrying something that smelled like her..and proceeded to destroy it.

She's cute..but hmph..I'm the cute one!

The good, the bad, the sad, and the silver lining.

The good: Its a girl! Welcome to the world Scout Carli Sophie Rose! *Scout for short* She's 4 weeks old, and black from the tip of her nose to the tip of her tail :)

The bad: She wasn't able to get her FIV or FeLV test done at the vets today. They had to sedate her..and she still wasn't happy about it. She'll be getting it all done Monday morning, bright and early..however--since both brothers tested negative for both..they're not too concerned that she's got either.

The sad: She got hurt pretty bad by the trap. She has a huge gash going from the top of her head down and around her chest. It was filled with maggots and she was within days of taking a premature trip to the bridge.

The silver lining: She's cleaned and they expect her to be just fine. The gash was probably why she was so snappy and easy to bite--we had no idea it was there and probably hit it more than a few times picking her up...She calmed down once they gave her pain medication--she purred for the first time today.

Thank you guys so much for all the support, love, and comfort the past few days! Can't wait for you all to meet her Saturday!!!!
