Arrival Story:
I was at an adoption event for a local shelter, looking for a male kitten, but there were none there. I was deciding to leave when Bridey stuck her paw through her cage and grabbed my arm and meowed at me. I looked in at her and she rolled over to show me her tummy, still meowing and reaching for me. I looked at some other kittens anyway -- quieter, younger kittens who were not dirty and smelly -- but it was no good; I wanted Bridey for her bright personality.

Bio:
Bridey was rescued as a kitten from an animal hoarder's house where there were over 100 cats. Then she was in shelters for several months before the adoption even where she found her new home. She gets very excited -- even overexcited -- at all the one-on-one attention she gets now.

I just remembered I had this blog. I ran around all day until I got needy and started scratching at Mom, and she put me in my playpen to calm down. What a relief! I threw up last night but I feel much better today.
