Arrival Story:
I was at an adoption event for a local shelter, looking for a male kitten, but there were none there. I was deciding to leave when Bridey stuck her paw through her cage and grabbed my arm and meowed at me. I looked in at her and she rolled over to show me her tummy, still meowing and reaching for me. I looked at some other kittens anyway -- quieter, younger kittens who were not dirty and smelly -- but it was no good; I wanted Bridey for her bright personality.
Bio:
Bridey was rescued as a kitten from an animal hoarder's house where there were over 100 cats. Then she was in shelters for several months. She gets very excited -- even overexcited -- at all the one-on-one attention she gets now.

Fredrika got taken outside, and then she came back smelling all weird, man. Weird. And cranky! She's like whiplash with the emotions. I can't handle that drama so I hissed at her. Now she is getting all the attention. I'm just glad I didn't have to get taken out.

I just remembered I had this blog. I ran around all day until I got needy and started scratching at Mom, and she put me in my playpen to calm down. What a relief! I threw up last night but I feel much better today.
