Arrival Story:
I got a call from the vet's office right after my favorite cat, Daisy, got adopted. I was very down about it but they called and said that a lady had found a kitty in the park, going round and round in circles and she was blind. THe lady brought Rhea to them but said if they couldn't keep her just to "put her to sleep" and my vet just couldn't do that so they immediately thought of me. THey paid for everything for me to take her, including her spay. Rhea isn't like Paisley and it makes me think that someone done this to her eyes, rather than her being born this way. She has a hard time getting stuck behind doors and the cats really give her a hard time as they tend to slap her alot since she cannot see when she is invading their space. She is the most loving cat I have ever known and she sticks to me like glue. If she cannot find me, she meows her head off and I snap my fingers and she comes flying. She was named by the girls at the vet clinic for Ray Charles...they said well she's blind and she's black...lol..
