Well, I've been with my new family now for about 2 weeks. Things are getting a lot better, and I'm not feeling quite as shy. I feel great now. I only have a day or two left on my meds. I've been sleeping with Mom and Dad for a week now, and they love it. But you know what? So do I! Whoever I cuddle up to, will rub my tummy all night long! I sleep on my back like a person, this family is so great that I feel so much at home here! I'm even getting used to that little person too! I've been coming out from under the bed a little bit more now too. I've even joined the girls in the morning treat ritual!!! Mom finally put a collar on me with a bell. I actually kind of like it. It is black like me, so it doesn't take away from my manliness, and the bells okay I guess. Oh yeah, Mom learned to mix my meds with the canned food, and yuuuuuuuuummmy!!!!!!!!! She thinks I don't notice, but the foods so good, I don't really care! I'm so happy now that I've got this great family. I don't think they're gonna give up on me like the last people did for whatever reason!!!! I was really depressed for a while.
