Wildside Salmon treats are the ONLY treats she'll eat, but only if you throw them on the floor for her to bat around before she eats them!

Arrival Story:
My husband and I rescued Melody and her two sisters and two brothers from a neighbor's backyard on April 28, 2007!! Melody was the only one out of the five that my husband picked up during the rescue. He had to get a ladder to climb over a fence to get to the area where she was. Melody was cowered under an overgrown shrub and just let my husband pick her up.

Bio:
After we decided that we were going to keep Enzo, Melody was the last one that we were still trying to find another home for. When that home could not be found, I knew I had an emotional deadline (like a few more days, LOL) before I was going to talk to my husband about keeping her too, but he had already read my mind. I just did not want to advertise her availability anywhere if I could not find her a great home through family and friends. Melody is full of personality and alot of fun. She's more chatty and daring than Enzo but both of them are so sweet and affectionate and come running to us when we call them. We're so glad she is part of our family too!

I Em Diary of the Day!

Thanks to Catster and my pals for honoring me today. I just finished reading all the nice messages you sent me in pawmails and gifts. They made me smile and giggle!

My brother Riley is a diary pick and I was looking at us over in Diary Central and we are quite the senior duo!

I made the Flying Monkey fly high today when I chased her. She spit at me but I'm the one that got scolded. Maybe I should have been the Wicked Witch instead of Auntie Em.

Thanks again for celebrating this day with me!

Battery-operated treats!

I haven't had my favorite Wildside Salmon treats in ages. I cry for treats and all that comes out of the cupboard are treats I don't like. However, even if I don't like them, I expect them to be tossed on the floor across the room so I can chase them and bat them around and then ignore them. Of course, I think I have a few siblings who don't mind that I don't eat them.

Dad says I enjoy the chase more than the treats and that they should make battery-operated ones, but I don't think batteries would taste any good.

Please, Mom, order some Wildside Salmon treats for me!
