Arrival Story:
When I was just 6 years old (I am now 23) a cat came along and had her kittens in our reubard patch. When she left we thought she had taken all of the kittens with her. Then the next day we could hear this tiny, yet loud, cry. It was coming from the reubarb patch. We searched and searched and could not find this kitten. Finally one morning my Mom went out and finally found her. She was the runt of the pack so the mother left her to die. She could fit in the palm of my Mom's hand. She brought her into my room and laid her right by my face while I was still sleeping and she's been my best pal ever since!!!

Bio:
She was very very small when she was born so we had to hand feed her through an eye dropper. We had a hot water bottle for her to imitate her mother. Then once she was at a more normal size she would sleep with us. She was a very different cat. She never liked people other then her imidiate family. She would run and hide when we had company. She loved to cuddle!! She would always want to be held and cuddled by her family. When you were sad or upset she knew it and she would come and lay with you until you felt better. She was such a loving, wonderful, and the best little kitty! She lived to eat, even though she was only 6 pounds at her heaviest. She loved human food. We didn't give her a whole lot but boy would she beg for it. If you were eating she'd paw at your hand or your plate to try to get some. She loved doritos. If you were trying to eat them she'd be right in your face trying to get them. If you let her lick your fingers she'd grab your hand so tight and lick your fingers until they were numb!! haha! The one day she became sick. She was very healthy up until about a week before she passed. She became very tierd and weak and didn't move much. She quit eating and drinking and just layed around. I took her to the vet and they told me her system was starting to shut down. They did all they could for her because I wasn't ready to let her go. In the end though I had to have her put to sleep. I was there and I held her as close to me as possible and kissed her, talked to her, and told her how much I loved her. It was very peaceful and I know now that she isn't feeling anymore pain. She's up in heaven running around having a good old time like she used to. I know she's here in spirit with me too. I miss my baby!! God Rest Her Soul Pebbles Cat Root 6/91-5/1/07.

Blueberry Muffin:
Just a few months ago I moved into a new house. The counters are lower in this house and she loved to be up on them. Well one day I had made blueberry muffins. I had them on the counter on a plate. Well I was in the living room and I heard a thump out in the kitchen. I walked out there and there was Pebbles eating a muffin on the floor. The Lil Poop got up on the counter, batted a muffin off the plate onto the floor and was eating it!! Instead of scolding her I laughed so hard and ran and got my camera. It was the cutest thing I had ever seen. You can see the picture to the left.
