Arrival Story:
Sadie was a stray kitten found by a friend of mine. Her mom and littermates had been hit by a car, but she survived unharmed. He wasn't in a position to keep her, so he offered her to me. I fell in love with her instantly. As she grew up, she acquired the most interesting personality in a cat that I have ever seen.

Bio:
When my husband and I were at work on September 6, 2007, for some reason she decided to get behind the refrigerator. I believe she knocked one of her toys under there and wanted it back. Sadly, she never made it out from behind the refrigerator, and we found her upon arriving home from work that day. The day Sadie passed away was one of the hardest days in my entire life. She and I had a bond that was stronger than any other I had ever had with a pet. She was my best friend. Combine the shock of losing her with the amount of love I had for her . . . it was too much to handle. I miss her SO MUCH and think of her daily.
