A large crowd of people, who are willing to give him their undivided attention.
Any sort of reading materials
Milk bottle rings
Favorite Nap Spot:
Perched on the window sill in the bathroom
Salmon, crab cakes, rotisserie chicken
Able to meow in tune with Alice Cooper's "Billion Dollar Babies." Can pick up a pencil with a single paw.
His three previous owners were ravers, who inculcated him into their Wiccan/electronic music ways. When we went to adopt him, he took one look at my husband, made googly eyes, and then proceeded to put his front arms around my husband's neck. We really had no choice, but to take him home immediately.
Smithers' great unrequited love is the grey, outdoor cat in the courtyard of our apartment building. Smithers cries quite inconsolably whenever that other moggie is around.
His favorite music includes the "Vertigo" soundtrack, the "Clockwork Orange" soundtrack, and the Comedian Harmonists.
He retires to his vacation home in Sherman Oaks for a week or so during the summer. There, he can be found galavanting in the company of two poodles. As Smithers is quite a peckish chap, he can often be found dining on canine Chinese Take-Out feasts.
Smithers is fond of waking up his master at 4:30 am. One must seize the day!
Other interests include wading through half-full bath tubs, immersing his cranial region in the sink, leisurely naps, and bulimia.
