I found this little kitty inside the dog house I had put on my front porch for a feral cat that I was feeding. I opened the door one cold January night to put more food out, and when I opened the door, I saw a kitty in the box and she pulled her foot back. I thought it was the feral tiger cat I had been feeding, but then suddenly out pops this beautiful, sweet gray kitty that was so friendly and loving. She immediately dropped and rolled over, wanting me to pet her. I first made a home in the garage for her, knowing that my Shelties would not like sharing the house with her. I put a heater in the garage along with some food, and even installed a kitty door for her. It got way too cold outside, so I brought her inside and she now stays in my extra bedroom. I took her to the vet to get shots, etc and had to get medicine for an upper respiratory infection and ear infection. The vet said at least 3 weeks before she could get fixed.....well, it came time to schedule the appt, and had to wait another week, then I realized that little Sweetie was having kittens. Well, little Sweetie is now the proud Mommy of 4 beautiful babies. They were born on March 28th, 2007. Just gorgeous, and everyone is happy!
