i know i havent been around much since we started Cathugger.com but i just wanted to write a final diary entry.

On December 8, 2011 i was diagnosed with CRF, on top of the HyperT i had been living with for almost 2 years.

Mom didnt find out in time that i was in renal failure until it was too late to turn things around for me.

i lived with my furmily and was the Alpha Male for 17 years, even though they think i was 19 or maybe even 20 or 21...its hard to say. i came to live with them in September of 1994 and Mom knows i was at least 2 or maybe 3...so there you are. i was old and lived a wonderpurr life.

So yesterday, January 7, 2012, i was in a lot of pain, could hardly walk and was meowing a lot...it sounded like i was saying "ouch" with every step. So off to the vet we went and he said there was nothing more that could be done for me. In spite of all Moms efforts, my values kept going up instead of down.

Mom and Dad promised me they would never let me suffer and they kept that promise...i was released from my pain at 11:30am January 7, 2012....the last thing i heard was Moms voice telling me that she loved me more than anything and what a good boy i was. And i was too!

i dont know how they will fare without me but i will be around to watch over everyone aboard the Archangel and keep them safe.
Mom could tell yesterday afternoon that i had already been there to check on them. Mom has a portrait of me hanging on the wall at the top of the stairs...she hung it straight. Yesterday when she looked at it, it was turned 45 degrees---askew. Yes, that was ME Mom. im always there with you...in your heart.

Thank you for the wonderful life you gave me and your efforts to save me. im so sorry i could not stay.

I'm sorry you've come to the bridge, Moozer, but there are big things in the works for your 10th life! After you go through orientation, you'll be sprinkling angel dust and watching over your family just like the rest of us angels! I know Kujo will show you around the bridge, but if you need anything, we're all here for you!

Moozer i am new here too but there are so many wonderful Angels here to help us,i can come help you sprinkle Angel dust if you like,calvin is right there are so many Angels right here for you.

You are now in the land of catster angels, we are all with you and you did let your Mom know you were OK and with them, just as so many of us do like me and the butterfly for my Mom...you left many paw prints and lots of hearts..

You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

Oh, what a wonderpurr life you had and what an amazing mom you shared your life with for so many years. We know her heart is broken but your love and memories and the support of all her friends will help her heal. Keep visiting her and giving her signs to let her know you're still with her and always will be.
