Arrival Story:
When Mom and Dad adopted me at the shelter, my records showed my exact birthday which is rare for shelter kitties. That's because I was born in a carpet mill. The workers there think my mother was dropped beside the busy highway nearby and made her way to the mill. They took care of her and after we kittens were born, took us to an excellent no-kill shelter and we were all placed in good homes. I'm purring my thanks to the kind people there.

Mister Micky's Diary

Fang update

It has been a hard few days for me. I know I'll feel better soon but my mouth is still swollen and sore. I am already eating better with my infected fang removed (I think I'll look rather rakish :)
I've tucked right in to my soft canned foodies. I'm snoozing and Dr. P said to keep me warm so Mom is heating fleece blankets in the dryer for me to sleep on-ahhhhh, so comfie and luxurious!
Minerva and Jack actually hissed at me when I came home :(
Guess they thought I had brought the vet home with me...well, they're gotten over it.
Love, Mister Micky

Tri-fang is my new nickname. I had a long day yesterday. Down the mountain we went early in the morning. I was an unhappy kitty, I had had no foodies or water since the evening before. I went to have my teeth cleaned and to have my upper left fang examined while I was asleep. My fang had to be pulled as It was cracked and infected :(
Mom came to get me later in the day, I was so glad to get home. Mom says I was a brave boy and I've had special soft food which I love.
I'm sleeping and recovering, hope I never have to do that again.
