Well it happened again! Our mom trimmed our claws back two days ago, and yesterday, she bathed me first. I knew once she took my collar off that something was about to that the kitty dreads. She gave me a bath first, How dare her, doesn't she know that we dont like water????? This does'nt happen to often, but I think that once she starts yelling at us to quit itching, she gets paranoid about me and my sister having fleas, but I personally think that the chances of that are very rare, considering we live strictly "Indoors". And then again, the humans can bring fleas in on their clothes, so it would not be our fault it something like that happened. Anyways, yes I got a bath first and it was horrifying. The water, the bubbles, the spray gun, I mean mom soaked me in the sink with bubbles for 5 minutes with the flea shampooo, and then added a few drops to the palms of her hands and worked up a thick lather and then rinsed me off, then she did it again, and then added some special formula shampoo with Chammomille and Lavender. YES>>>> I smell like a Bouquet of flowers, I dont know if I like it much, but it's better then smellling like something not so pleasant. My sister was talking about how I was a whiner, and that maybe true, but atleast I didn't run and hide in the base of the couch. I might have been a whiner, but she was a "Scaredy Cat".. First Day Here.... Kinda Scarey, yet exciting

Today, is my first day here and I am so relieved at knowing that my sister and I are not the only felines on this mudball... Mom keeps us indoors cause she doesn't want for me or my sister to become coon treats for the animals that live out in the woods near our house. I have to say, that this is a really kewl site, my mom has been looking forever for something like this on-line and then discovered it through a new magazine that is sponsored by Safeway. So here I am. I will be 3 years old this August and my partner in crime is my sister "Riley".. She's usually the one that's always getting into mom's things but sometimes she tries to blame it on me. I love to sunbathe on the kitchen table, my family does not mind as long as they are not having a sitdown for a meal. I weigh about 12.5 pounds and sometimes I loose the hair on my back end. Mom thinks that I am allergic to something that comes around spring time, but I still don't understand that one, cause I stay indoors all the time.. Anyways, I am happy to be here, and I can assure you that I am the "purrrrtiest one of the two of us sisters between Riley and me. She might be thinner than me, but I have the "LOOK"!!!!
