indoors Arrival Story: Mitzi was a very young, pregnant stray who showed up in the neighborhood in the spring of 2000. Her four kittens were born on April 9, and several of us in the neighborhood took care of them till it was time to find homes for the kittens. A neighbor took two, and somebody I know who works for an animal rescue group took the other two and found homes for them. Mama Mitzi, who wasn't much more than a baby herself, came to live with me. Bio: She's named after actress Mitzi Kapture of the USA Network TV show "Silk Stalkings." I've been told I look like Mitzi Kapture, so that's why I named my cat after her.
